Returning customers can now renew their licenses at a 30% discount or get 30% off any other Kaspersky Lab product. A returning customer is somebody who has a current 1- or 2-year license and would like to renew it.
License Renewal & Upgrade Process
- All customers should receive an email about two weeks before the license expiration date. There will be a special renewal link in the email and instructions regarding how to renew your license. If you have not received an email please follow step 2.
- Home product users and those who use Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Workstations can also renew their license through the program by following these steps:
- Open the program
- Go to the “Support” tab
- Click on the “License renewal” link. The “Renew your license” page will appear
- Choose “Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile” and click on the “Renew ” button
For version 4.5 or earlier
If the “License renewal” link is not available in your program because you own version 4.5 or lower, please contact our Online Sales Department.
In all of your correspondence, please include the following information:
- your order number,
- where you purchased the product, and
- your key file.
You can find your key file by running Start>Search>Files or Folders and typing in *.key as the file name.
